Michael's Landscapes and Gardens is now Second Nature Landscapes. Our new company is
owned and operated by Cory Owens, a face you most likely will remember from his approximately 10 years of service at
Michael's.
Cory specializes in all facets of landscape construction and maintenance, with a special interest in paver patio
and retaining wall construction. He has always taken great pride in his work, finding satisfaction in creating and maintaining
outdoor spaces for Michael's customers. After many years of learning the business, he is excited to take the helm of
the company, now Second Nature Landscapes.
Cory's wife, Heather, has a degree in plant science from Purdue University and served as Garden Center manager at Michael's
for nine years. Currently, she is an RN at St. Vincent's hospital in Indianapolis. She is excited to return to
the landscaping business, helping Cory operate Second Nature Landscapes from their home in Zionsville. She can't wait
to get her hands dirty again!
The rest of our staff will also remain the same. Our landscape crews are comprised of the same trusted and hard-working
individuals that formerly worked for Michael's. Other personnel that will continue to work with Second Nature Landscapes
include our landscape designers and arborists.
